What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can recognise that device again. Similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels do the same job by different means, and everything in this notice applies to those as well.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we may only set cookies that are strictly necessary without asking you. Everything else needs your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
What this site uses
Strictly necessary
Set by our hosting platform to keep the site working, remember your cookie choice, and protect forms against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they do not track you across other websites.
Analytics and session recording
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people move through the site, so we can fix the parts that do not work. Clarity records page interactions and produces heatmaps. We have it configured to mask text and form inputs, so what you type is not captured. These cookies are only set if you accept them.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How to change your mind
Change your cookie choiceYou can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time using the cookie settings on this site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site working properly. The guidance for your browser is under its help or privacy menu.
Most browsers also offer a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting. Where we receive one we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies.
